By acquiring(By buying back) CEV group, Cheque Dejeuner offers itself at once(at the same time) a team of research and development, a know-how in treatment of secure data and a manufacturer of smart cards.

To Coutances at first. In 1993, Pascal Baisnée creates to Coutances the CEV company, Business, Savings, City, to manage, by means of a smart card, the loyalty programs of the storekeepers of the city. Three years later, CEV is present in city hundred and account of customers major as Total, Häagen-Dazs, Lissac or the group Louvre Hotels. CEV moves to Saint-Lô in 2000.
Smart cards. By creating the Alios company in 2004, Pascal Baisnée gives the means to make himself his smart cards, in series limited for the specific needs of his customers. The CEO seals the fate of both companies (CEV and Alios) by creating Softway holding company. It is this holding company who is acquired by Cheque Dejeuner today.
A new factory. The new factory, zones Netpune 2, announced at the beginning of 2005, had received a wide support of local authorities (association of local authorities, General Council, Regional Council). A help to the 3,7 million euro investment had been granted (of whom near half of the General Council).
200 announced jobs. By presenting his file of new factory, Pascal Baisnée had announced the creation of 200 jobs, among which 90 engineers. The company had picked up 990 000 € of state aids in conformance with the Pat, Dominates in the town and country planning, for its project of extension," Subject to passing from 47 to 196 jobs in three years ". In holy January, 2008, the association of local authorities of the town - loise granted two supplementary years to Pascal Baisnée to reach this objective.
